Today I rang the bell! Thank you Team Portage! It been a very long road for me with many ups and downs. From first injury to surgery to finally being able to ring the bell! I first arrived there in spring 2024 and graduated on a rainy but beautiful fall day of 2025 a perfect rainbow day! I am not perfect or even back to my old self yet maybe one day I will be.. right now I feel like a baby bird that the parents said it’s time to live. Thank you for guiding me Team Portage, thank you for helping me to walk again, to care for myself again, to help others again, to have a quality of life, and to get me working again! I can’t tell you how much it means to me. You have all watched me cry, cheered me on, comforted me, encouraged me, and even listened when I screamed and balled. Thank you for being there! A special thank you to Katie, Maggie, and Cam XOXO ♥️ This is the least I could do for now!

This is my 1st time ever having PT and I must say it is a pleasure. All the staff there is really knowledgeable & Kind as well as patient. It’s an easy environment to get done what you’re there for and make friends while doing so :)

Not knowing much about physical therapy or ever having to go specifically, I am thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness that the physical therapist at the Ati. Facility showed me the last 2 times I was there. Specifically, my therapist's name is jess.She is a very smart, educated woman.That knows her stuff, she knows every muscle.And twist in turn in the body, like i've never seen.I took an sicence class in school once thirty years.Ago I have very rarely vague memory of what muscle goes where, but this young lady knows every single twist and turn of the body.When I leave there, I do feel sore.But that is because i'm working out the muscles that I have issues with.I'm very impressed and pleased to be a part of this facility right now.And I just want to give a thanks to the team there at the holland michigan office.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and tailor my physical therapy to my capabilities or if I'm having a bad pain day they pick exercises that are minimal impact while still moving. This office wonderful, I wish I would have started here instead because after 4/5 visits I actually have movement in my arm which I was told by my old office told me that function would probably be minimal! I'm glad that I tried again and that I am getting results, not much, but results non the less

Many years ago in Milwaukee I had to have PT for a few months after a surgery, they were fantastic. Due to a leg n lung issue, where I have to keep my oxygen level above 90%, so I have use a portable oxygen carry while I am there. At first I felt weird not embarrassed but personally if anyone can relate. They were incredible n are incredible people to work with. Damian is the nicest guy, very helpful, since use a cane to walk, he ran to the door to open it when leaving. Katie the manager and the her crew have been very patient, breaks with oxygen, even broke out the tester to keep me above 90%. Being an ex GM in the restaurant business, I know how important having great staff around you is so vital, many have been with ATI for years. She runs a great store, very clean, good harmony with her staff, everyone talks and laughs together and with everyone. I am lucky enough to actually have Katie giving my PT. I have had to cancel a few to many visits over last few months, she was nice enough to allow to come back. I really enjoy my time there. What tells you this company does well with results in these tough times is many of these workers help in other stores, just like in Milwaukee 12 yrs ago, they are still doing a great job. 👍

The team is great,the atmosphere is welcoming,I was explained in detail what to expect and I was not let down,Darren did a great job listening and adjusting my therapy as needed,my pain varies day by day and they were very understanding and knowledgeable,I would recommend this location,great therapist.

ATI Portage was great. The staff makes you feel comfortable and very easy to talk to. In the end felt like leaving a group of friends when done with therapy.

So very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in regards to what therapy is needed and demonstrating how and why it will help. Jaime was so very helpful and the entire staff is a strong team. Highly recommend ATI.

Excellent place to go for PT. My therapist, Maggie, was awesome! The rest of the staff was helpful, fun, and made it easier to want to go in. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a clean place, with a great atmosphere, and good people. They helped me tremendously. Thanks everyone!
